Misconstruing the nature of what exists,

I was in my emotional chamber of love—

thinking with my nihilistic mind

about the beginning-less & endless life!

Immortalizing courtly love for her,

getting involved in re-death and rebirth,

fostering an improbable emotional condition,

I was both John Donne and Bertrand Russell—

a poet philosopher!

But, she was coldly dead;

And me, still alive, loved her in a Buddhist way:

A concomitant failure to reach Nirvana!
